SBTi-Aligned decarbonisation pathway for beverage company CLIent – Beverage company

Assignment

Development of a net-zero roadmap with multiple manufacturing sites, aligned with its Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) commitment and operational constraints.

Approach

Our Spring consultant conducted various onsite assessments which provided insights into daily operations and site-specific challenges. These findings, combined with carbon projections and data analysis, led to actionable solutions that were presented to the company’s C-suite.

Results

A comprehensive decarbonisation plan was delivered, shaping the company’s sustainability strategy. Many initiatives are now being implemented, leading to both cost savings and carbon reduction.
