Approach

Our Spring consultant led the project management for the closure of one production facility and its transfer to another location. Planning and logistics were carefully coordinated to minimize operational disruptions, while collaboration with teams ensured the retention of critical personnel and technical knowledge.

Results

Operations were transferred and streamlined in time and within budget, without the loss of critical technical personnel to ensure continued success.
