Approach

We enhanced operational efficiency and expanded processing, packaging and distribution capacity. An operational extension plan was developed in alignment with the company’s growth strategy, and the meat factory was closed as part of the restructuring.

Result

Immediate operational challenges were addressed, capacity was restructured and expanded, and initial investments in new facilities and equipment were successfully implemented.
